1. General Provisions

These General Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all promotional offers issued by 578jili via the Website, including casino bonuses, sportsbook bonuses, no-deposit offers, and free spins (collectively, Promotions). The laws of Malta govern these terms. If there is any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English text shall prevail. Where a Promotion includes Promotional Specific Terms, those terms shall govern. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by these General Bonus Terms and the Operator's General Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• 2.1 Each offer is limited to one per Player, determined by the same person, home address, method of payment, device, email address, telephone number, or IP address. Instances of shared accounts may lead to confiscation of bonus funds or winnings, with the original deposit remaining accessible where applicable.
• 2.2 Employees, officers, or directors of the Operator and related entities are not eligible.
• 2.3 Eligibility requires a verified telephone number and explicit consent to receive marketing communications, which may be managed in the Account Profile.
• 2.4 Participation is prohibited if the player is self-excluded or has self-exclusion active during the Promotion.
• 2.5 Some payment methods (e-wallets) may be excluded from deposit bonuses; if excluded, that will be stated in the Promotional Specific Terms. Where a method is excluded, the Operator may forfeit the bonus and related winnings from that transaction at its discretion.
• 2.6 Players must claim and receive the bonus before making wagers with the funded deposit; if a bonus is not triggered, contact support to assign the bonus. Wagering on the deposit prior to bonus activation will not meet the wagering requirement.
• 2.7/2.8 A player may forfeit an active casino or sportsbook bonus by using the relevant in-account controls or by contacting support; forfeiture may entail loss of associated winnings.
• 2.9 Players can monitor ongoing wagering requirements from the Account Dashboard (Casino) or Sports Campaigns page.
• 2.10 A maximum permissible stake applies during wagering on bonuses. The limit is set per bet and per game type, and breaches may void the bonus and winnings.
• 2.11 The minimum cash deposit amount to qualify for promotions is €20 (or equivalent in other currencies) and is currency-dependent in the cashier interface.
• 2.12 The Operator reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; players are responsible for reviewing terms.
• 2.13 Most casino bonuses have a limited expiry, commonly 72 hours from issue, unless specified in the Promotional Specific Terms. Unclaimed or expired bonuses will not be granted. Where a promotion has commenced, promotional terms may still apply for an extended period.
• 2.14 Sportsbook bonuses (where available) have specified expiry times or claim windows as detailed in the Promotional Specific Terms.
• 2.15 Once a bonus is claimed, 48 hours is typically provided to satisfy wagering requirements, unless the Promotional Specific Terms specify a different period. If wagering is not completed within the period, the bonus and corresponding winnings may be forfeited.
• 2.16 The Operator may withdraw the availability of any promotion or future promotions at any time in its sole discretion.
• 2.17 Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts.

3. Bonus Funds and Free Spins

“Bonus” or “Bonus Funds” means funds credited to the Bonus Wallet of the Player Account. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable as cash and must be used to place wagers on the Site. In some promotions, Bonus Funds may be converted into real money (the Cash Balance) upon meeting a defined set of terms and conditions, including wagering requirements. “Free Spins” are bonus awards granting a right to spin slots without staking from the player's own funds, subject to wagering requirements as specified in the Promotional Specific Terms.

4. Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements indicate how many times the qualifying deposit and bonus amount must be wagered before any bonus winnings become withdrawable. Unless stated otherwise in the Promotional Specific Terms, the following applies: casino bonuses generally require 25× wagering, sportsbook bonuses require 16× wagering, and no-deposit bonuses have wagering that corresponds to the bonus amount alone. Winnings derived from bonus spins are subject to the applicable wagering terms. The wagering requirement applies to all winnings generated while any bonus is active until fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited.

5. Wagering Order

When a Player holds both real money and bonus funds, bets are funded from real money first. Winnings arising during an active bonus period are added to the real cash balance, with the non-cash portion remaining in the bonus balance until wagering is complete. If the real money balance falls below the maximum bet allowed, bets may be placed using a mix of real money and bonus funds, with any portion exceeding the limit not counting toward the wagering requirement.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

If a player makes a new deposit while an active bonus is present, the active bonus may be forfeited. A player may withdraw their original deposit at any time subject to verification checks. If a player withdraws prior to satisfying the wagering requirements of a promotion, the bonus balance and any winnings tied to it will be forfeited.

7. Bonus Abuse

Any diversion or manipulation of the wagering process to accelerate or circumvent wagering requirements constitutes bonus abuse. The Operator may take actions including revoking bonuses, confiscating winnings, suspending future offers, or closing accounts. Examples of prohibited conduct include: maintaining multiple accounts; using bots or automated systems; collusion; exploiting software faults or loopholes; masking IP addresses or using VPNs; and placing bets designed to circumvent wagering rules. The Operator may withhold or reclaim funds and may pursue further remedies as permitted by law. Players may be required to indemnify the Operator for losses arising from a Prohibited Act.

8. Expiry and Cancellation

Bonuses have a defined validity period, typically expressed in the Promotional Specific Terms. If wagering requirements are not met before expiry, bonus funds and any associated winnings shall be void. A bonus may be cancelled by the Player at any time in the account settings, in which case related wagering obligations and winnings will be forfeited. Any bonus is non-transferable.

9. Modification and Transferability

The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without notice. Promotions are not transferable between accounts, and no cash value may be assigned to a promotional offer outside of the terms stated in the Promotional Specific Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising under or in connection with Promotions shall be resolved under Maltese law. The prevailing language for these terms is English, and the Operator may rely exclusively on the English text in the event of a discrepancy between language versions.

11. Excluded Territories

The Operator may restrict participation in Promotions for residents or nationals of certain jurisdictions. Current geographic exclusions are listed in the Promotional Specific Terms. If you are in an excluded territory, you will not be eligible for Promotions or bonus awards.
